R.E.D property has two offices in Bulawayo, the head office being at Shop 28 Ascot Shopping Centre, Kumalo, Bulawayo. We have a second branch at Zonke Isiswe Shopping Centre in Bradfield. We have specifically chosen these sites as we would like to be easily approachable to all of our clients.

1) Property Sales: Our sales department, through six negotiators offer exceptional services in the assessment of property prices, marketing of the property, market advice, preparation of sales agreements, liaising with respective authorities i.e. Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) and City Council and managing the transfer process. Our sales team primarily focuses on providing quality service to sellers and buyers of commercial, industrial and residential properties.
2) Property Management: Our Real Estate Property managers will offer you quality service. Our local presence and experience of the commercial, industrial and residential property market, together with expertise is utilised with a view to increasing returns on your investment and ultimately, capital growth, given a stable environment. Our aim is to achieve the highest tenant and landlord satisfaction ratings on a monthly basis. Our property managers ensure that regular inspections and repairs of properties are done, management agreements and agreements of Lease are professionally drafted, lease renewals and negotiations done, rent reviews done at appropriate times, timeous collection of rentals, rates, taxes and proper vetting of tenants. We also ensure that our client receives quality service at all times. Account reconciliations are always done as per request and the monthly income summary and statements sent to client every month. We are currently working with the pastel system which helps us in giving correct and reliable information. As well as this we are introducing Xero , a user friendly property management program to our system. We expect that this will allow us to allow a better flow of information to our clients. 3) Property Valuations: We offer professional valuation of all nature of real property including land and building, plant and machinery, for all purposes: non statutory or statutory purposes. These include valuation for finance/mortgage, deceased estate, bookkeeping/accounting, insurance, compensation etc. And in each valuation, we offer a market value, the gross replacement cost, the depreciated replacement cost and the forced sale value for mortgage/ finance purposes. Included under this heading is consultancy work, pertaining to all nature of property matters.
