Valuations
At R.E.D Property, we are consistently prepared and enthusiastic to conduct valuations tailored to your specific requirements. These may include valuations for ZIMRA, taxation, insurance assessments, deceased balance sheet purposes, estates, divorce or any other legal matters, rental determinations, market values for sales, or simply to stay informed about current market trends.
Our comprehensive valuation report provides a detailed breakdown of the property’s components and its current market price. For properties valued under US$100,000.00, we apply a standard fee of US$230. Excluding VAT. While for properties exceeding this value, a fee of 0.2% of the property’s value will be charged.
A Market Appraisal is also a frequently selected option, offering guidance on potential market values. However, it is important to note that this is not an official document for submission to regulatory bodies such as ZIMRA, the Master’s Office, or the High Court.
